On the show she did it bad, she has her own songs out just a few. She is BETTER then miley live. They gave miley the part because JOJO said no. She went to the first three auditions as Destiny Hope and told her to go home. She came bck as MILEY CYRUS they said you are iin. it was in a profile on yahoo questions.

She might in the TV show, just because I think the tracks they use are her enhanced CD tracks. I've seen a video of her in concert and she was definately NOT lip-syncing when she was performing live. That's actually why some folks have been disappointed with her live performances - when you hear the CD it's enhanced and edited, but live you get however she's singing that night without any digital changes (I like her live, though).
