i've watched this preview several times and i don't understand something. there's a bomb on the elevator, right? if it didn't go off, where did all the blood come from, but if it did explode, how come we don't see any damage to the elevator? i'm confused, but that happens all the time when i watch movies. lol

i agree with lalivalol about anita briem. she was hot in journey to the center of the earth, esp. in 3D but there's one thing i want to know. how's everybody get so bloody? there must be one kick ass fight seen in that elevator. cool.

@tooz90 I didn't see "journey to the center of the earth" but I liked joey slotnick in "nip tuck" and i've seen him in some other shows. Devin Ratray looks good too. I've seen "home alone" and all the sequals so it's interesting to see how he's all grown up now. I hope he plays a nicer person in this movie than he did on "Home Alone."

@MrJoshuaYoYo Did you look at the credits? Shirley Knight won at least one Tony Award and a Golden Globe and a couple of Emmys and some of the other actors have been in major movies and TV shows. John Getz was in "Blood Simple" and "The Social Network." Yeah, lousy actors.

So the little girl pressed the stop button. That doesn't cause an elevator to get stuck. I know because I used to work for a building management company and we had to deal with stuck elevators from time to time, and it was never because someone had pressed the stop button. I'm guessing there was either a glitch in the electronic control system or a jammed pulley.
