yeah, the only bad thing is that the touchpad can cut off your call accidentaly if you put the hangup touch button too close to your ear

I have this phone for 3 years now, and it still works! (which is a miracle for me) I loved the slide function and you get used to the touchscreen buttons. If you want just a phone then this is a good one, but if you want more, like: internet, photos/videos, then you better look for a newer model.

Same here I've had it for ages and it's unbelievable! I love it it's so good and simple.

Or it was until i dropped it into a puddle and now the camera is fu*ked :) so I'm buying a new :P.

But this is really a mobile I would recommend.

This is the shittest phone I ever owned, ringing people in my pocket, always ending long texts written, Mind of its own, always had Samsung phones untill this one,and for Samsung customer service,well dont even go there,my advixce stay well clear from samsung,had Samsung for years,not interested in customers,shame really,

i hate this phone. i had a moterbike accident on 26/09/07 and i shattered my leg and shit and i was trying to ring an ambulance but the camera decided to try and take pictures of the ground and shit. then it fucked me all up by suddenly loosing signal. i had to wait for a damn car to come. 15 minutes of extra bad pain just cos this phone is a peice of shit!

OMG i hate this phone so much i have thrown it the wall so many times but the anoying thing is it just exploded into a few peices, put it back together and it works. WHere do i begin, the touch pad is a joke you cant make a call, send a text, take a picture basicly doing ANYTHING with you cancelling the call text camera mode ETC i thought it was so cool now i just want to sell it to some poor idiot

well samsung E900 can do this now!! go to Applications-> Music Player then a song opens from ur playlist then go to Options then Settings Then Music player overrides other sounds and put that on and huzzah u can now do it!!

i find it really irritating that my friends sony ericson phone (which is pretty old) plays mp3 files whilst she is texting etc.

i heard samsung phones still played mp3 in the background whilst texting etc.

I got this phone and it's ok..mp3 and the video/cam is very good..i have to say it is a nice looking phone, but i could be better.. i don,t like the touch buttions... Now if thay had put all that is in this phone in a new looking T100...wow..you would have the best phone in the world..easy.

try sony ericsson w900i or w950i it's much better then any samsung mobile...Sony Ericsson w900i is 2mega pixel camera and work like small PC,then w950i is much better with more options...Samsung is good but not that much for myself i will never buy samsung...even Innostream is better then samsung.

Just bought this phone. The touch sensitive are awful! You have to bash the cancel key to delete words while texting, then when you are navigating the menu with the central key you finger automatically hoovers over the cancel touch sensitive key which takes you back to main. Sooooo annoying.
