He has only produced a certificate of live birth ... not a birth certificate. A COLB can be issued in Hawaii without being born there. What hospital was he born in? What doctor signed the certificate. This is still in court in LA. The truth will come out.

@Mystylplx HI... a COLB is NOT a legal document. A Birth Certificate is a legal document. Anyone can get a certificate of live birth. You don't even have to be born here to get one. A BIRTH CERTIFICATE is as good as a passport. A certificate of live birth is really nothing.

The child, on the other hand, could have been born in Hawaii, Kenya, or a back-alley in Budapest

That statute wasn't enacted until 1982. Obama was born in 1961. And anyway, it does not say that they will issue fraudulent certificates. If the child was born in Kenya the certificate would list Kenya as the place of birth. If the child was born in a back-alley in Budapest they probably wouldn't list the "back alley" part but it would still say "Budapest."

That is what the framers of the constitution were trying to make sure happened. You are definitely a full blooded AMERICAN.. Actually, statistically, Democrats tend to be better educated. Also blue states tend to have higher levels of education than red states. Blue states also pay most of the taxes and subsidize the red states. Unfortunately the electoral college system means those same red welfare states have more voting power in Presidential elections.
