To Hell with french fries, lets deal with good old British chips ( as in fish and chips ). This, for the ultimate taste and without a doubt highly dangerous for your health is what you do. Collect pure beef fat from the butcher shop, grind it, put it in a pot and melt it down, strain it 3-4 times. Peel Kenebec potatoes, don't use any other fucking potato,cut thick, rinse well, dry them off. Fat should be at 360 degrees, fry chips until soft, remove and bring fat back to 360, fry again, ahhhhhhh.
