Ok, it's totally understandable that Israel would want to be prepared to challenge Iran militarily should the need arise. After all, Iran has made numerous threats to "wipe Israel off the map." I know that when the Soviets made such threats to America during the cold war, we took them very seriously and stockpiled nukes, trained soldiers, etc. in preparation for an attack. There's nothing wrong at all with "gearing up" to defend one's country against those who wish to do it harm.
