Gotta say I find it odd that an actress uploads films on Youtube..

@ShannonLovenett I don't get it. I uploaded it because many HBC fans have never seen or will ever be able to find a copy of this film...so I did the fans a favor and uploaded the video to youtube. Nothing wrong with that.

@jocelyn0000 Yeah I know, it's a favour for the fans, but what about those who made the film? That's all. I know youtube is full of films anyway but still. I'm not judging you, it's just weird.

@ShannonLovenett I don't find it weird at all. By saying its weird/odd is a form of judgment. Not sure what you were trying to imply or what point you were trying to prove but it's all good. That's what youtube is for. It's to upload films, tv shows, fan made videos, interviews, etc I'm not making money off of this. I am providing a service. I paid for these films why not share them with those less fortunate? I don't want to keep going on with so i'd appreciate it if this convo would end. Thanks

@ShannonLovenett Why is it odd that an actress uploads the film? Even so, she's not uploading it because she's an actress, she just happens to be one that likes Helena films.

She taught me not to be afraid of people with severe disabilities ( Helena Bonham Carter did) Did you know that Stephen Hawking also has ALS? It jsut comes to show you not to judge by appearence!

@aleksandra14 From an interview Helena said she influenced her performance from her father who became paralyzed after a surgery. He was unable to move or speak correctly after that so alot of it came from observations and memories of her father. Aside from the not so great script her performance was amazing.

@jocelyn0000 Thanks, I'm really glad you told me about this all! Now I understand. For me it seemed to be just impossible to play it in this way, when I look at her in this film, I see peralyzed person, not actress, and it is great.

Really liked this film. I did aeronautical engineering at uni in the 90s and said to myself I wanted to attach wings to my bike. I realised after doing the course it was impractical but I also remember seeing this film after and it really reminds me of me in some ways.
