alright first of all this is beginning lvl which makes it easier to play and once you get father into the game you can change the details so you make it that the deer dont just stand there after you shoot everyone who dissed this game has clearly never played it and dont know shit about ratting games at all and if you dis the graphics your just a dumdass this is how they wanted the game to look and this is how its going to be so live with it :)
