  • @MrJingjong oh u should try the rest ... like sopes i think thats how theyre spelled nd chiles rellenos meaning filles chiles it these chiles (i dont know there name) filled with chesse nd powdered with flower, dipped in egg batter (u mike the whith untill it turns into foam like substance them mix in the yolk), then deep fry .... OMG BOMB my mom serves it with white rice and salad whith ranch

  • @Simm2Dimm I've never tried to bake dumplings before. I like to panfry them with a little sesame oil, then add about half a cup of water, cover and steam for about 5 minutes.

  • How many does this recipe make? I counted six on the plate, is that all it makes? 'Cause I would have triple this at least... also, can you deep fry them, or do you have to boil them?

  • @ExileTherin with the amount of filling, you can make at least 24 since you only need about a teaspoon of filling in each dumpling. You can boil, steam or panfry them. You could deep fry as well.

  • @SammySamungSan This batch that I shot for the video were made with spelt flour. Personally, I like to use all-purpose flour or if I am making lots, I will buy the wrappers pre-made.

  • Can I substitute something else for the wine? I know it cooks out but alcohol is a no no in my home. I can do cooking wine! If i can sub cooking wine, which would I use? Or is there a better substitute?

  • @Justasimpleservant74 the wine is optional. If you have no alcohol, just omit it. You'll be fine. Thanks for watching!

  • @Justasimpleservant74 Actually the alcohol does not cook out. It takes hours at extremely high temperatures to cook out a significant portion of alcohol from food.

  • Guys remember to when you folded the dumpling make sure your do it good or else its going to unfold during boiling

  • @ShiroShikigami It's better to use whisked egg instead of water to seal, if you can. It sticks MUCH better.
