Check out the Refuse Resist cover of this tune. The original Slapshot version, this version, and the Refuse Resist live version are all damn good. It seems like whatever Boston band touches this track it turns out as a quality version.

@TheNickhoofd Exactly. Like any form of music, it evolved. Once more punk. Now more metal. If you listen to heavy metal, HC is obviously different. Same can be said of punk. Is the label that imporant? Call it New School HC if it's an issue to those purists. Things change. Music too. There is plenty of people like me who like hardcore through every era- 1980s, 1990s, 2000s. Old, new- as long as it's heavy, emotional and convicted to the artist's beliefs, I'll always be a fan.
