@AttemptedAnime I'd agree with you, except for the fact that I highly doubt this show's target audience watches SVU. This was clearly a sketch writen for both parens and their kids to enjoy, and SVU is a part of popular culture, after all. Not to mention that Sesame Street has a history of showing sketches that were actually child-innapropriate (i.e. Cookie Monster with a cigar), and this is hardly one of them.
