The Best of Martial Arts Flips and Moves

the title should read Our Best not The Best, pretty sure there are not the best martial arts moves out of every martial art in the world ever to exist like your implying, it looks good i will give you that, but it dosent look effective at all, its only for show, dancing around like that in an actual fight or even a sparring match will result in a lose for a few reasons, one an opponent moves, two your going to tire yourself out, and three your recovery period leaves and amazingly huge opening

@DARKLORDSHADOWS It's a bit of everything, you see this kind of stuff mostly on martial arts demo's

You should be able to find more vids like this under the phrase "tricking" or "martial arts tricking"

And taekwondo is a martial arts as well;)
