  • you have a very lovely voice! i enjoyed listening to this a lot. :]

  • holy crap! he looks like malachi from children of the corn! o.O

  • Sounded a little like pop... you were scooping alot

  • good job. i'm a girl and i'm doing this song for college auditions in the same key. when i realized that most girls sing the higher key i thought "wow, than this must be really high for a guy" cuz even though i'm a soprano the higher notes are in my head voice. so that's really good! lol sry i ramble

  • I'm sorry but the high notes our screamed and are sang through the nose it is not a broadway song. But you do have a good broadway voice I'm a freshman and I sang this and I one all state with it and I know how challenging the song is, and great job

  • I think you need to lift the soft palate more. This is really weird I'm a girl singing this song. but you did a good job.

  • ksaxchick- that's awesome to hear! Hopefully I'll get back to Indiana State, having some issues right now. But, last year I was in Opera Workshop, Concert Choir, and Sycamore Singers in the fall and then in the spring I was in Concert Choir, Sycamore Singers, and Masterworks Chorale because Opera Workshop is only offered in the fall. But, you should definitely try for Concert Choir, you also have Women's Chorale. But, good luck! Hopefully I'll see you there this fall!

  • i sang this song my sophomore and went to state with it.... got a gold there.... i loved singing this song....

can't wait to go to INDIANA STATE with you Logan!!! :D what choir are you trying out for this year? Brooke wants me to be in concert choir with her... but i need more advice on which one to try out for... right now i'm in masterworks chorale, but i'm not sure if i'm going to stay in that and do another ensemble, or if i'm going to just try out for a different ensemble..ahhh

  • hey man not bad but the high never is supposed to be floated. i did this song to. but good job

  • I would say that you are pushing too hard. Try lifting your pallet. That will make it sound less forced and more bold.

  • i think the flaws in this song and your voice make it sound better :D i mean who wants to be perfect? life would be so boring

  • I am very sorry for you cause you couldn`t go to the states and got only a silver. Your voice is such good for broadway, trust me!

  • this is awesome and you did really good. i'm taking this song to contest this year :D any pointers lol

  • oh my gosh this was lovely, i bet you made people cry

  • You seemed like you were forcing a few of the higher notes. If you have the same version I do, then I think that you overall a bit too loud on the dynamics as a whole, taking it to FFF at points. The only real reason they should've kept you from going atlest to state is diction. You have a nice voice overall ^^

  • Thank you very much for the criticism. I did force the higher notes, and the main things I saw that they hit me on was a little diction and scooping. Plus, the forcing of the higher notes. But, again, thanks.

  • It was probably just your judge. I mean, I've gotten gold at state twice, but last year my judge gave me a silver at district because I missed one note and he thought I should've sung more loudly. It's just one guy/girl, and how they are feeling that day. I feel you should've gone on through to state.

  • tremendous potential.

  • REALLY??? you only got an excellent at districts??? thats crazy...if you had the same judges i had you probably would have gotten a Superior[or gold] at States! Great job

  • nice jop I'v sang this....funny thing is my name is logan williams too

  • I think although you have come a long way since then, it was still pretty good! I like your vibrato a lot.

  • ok...not too bad...you definitely need to work on opening up your vowels though..and if you are going to sing a piece like this..you must work on your range until you are comfortable with the higher notes...especially up in the E, F, G area..at that point you were definitely forcing the pitches out, resulting in a poor quality sound...

  • Alright... So being completely honest... Not so hot. But there were good points. Just then you started screaming to hit some of the notes I think then it made you go flat and such. You have for sure developed a TON since this, dude.

  • If you noticed, it was the same person 3 times...but, yes, I do suck, thank you.

  • naw dude, you dont suck

  • assmonkey, u a douche bag.

    he was really good...so yeah.

  • You have a very mice voice. Work on keeping nice tall and open vowels through out the piece. You should also try making a crescendo through notes that are lengthened, an a decrescendo at the end of phrases. You might also want to try using falsetto (head voice) when singing in higher registers ("will never sing again"). You are an excellent vocalist I really enjoyed listening to you, looking forward to hear some more great music from you.

  • Its funny how all these people posted comments at the same time...

    grandparents or parents maybe?

or probably made different accounts just so you could comment on yourself faggot!

    YOU BLOW!!!!!!

  • You suck

  • I agree!

    Not really though
