This isn't actual Dual SIM.

An Dual SIM phone will support two networks at once. Meaning you'll be able to send and receive calls from both numbers.

This little method will allow you to place two SIM-cards in the phone, but it's the same like switching them, only this gadget will allow you to do so without turning off your phone.

Hi, i have the same sim adaptor, but when i switch the sims through the menu, my phone restarts. your phone just cutted off the signals and refreshed to the new sim, but all phone starts all over again and thus sim2 is then active, can u please help me so that i can switch through sims and my phone dont have to restart. plz help

Yes it works with 3G cards. It also works with Windows Mobile phones (I think it doesn't matter which handset as long as you can fit the adapter inside). You switch between numbers using the software that's automatically installed on your handset.
