not sure if i see it correct but you go on your head too late! go on your head like leaning back and pushing into a headstand.. you do it too much on your forehead..it very often that people press there head in front instead of pressing it on the backside..well sorry hard to describe..i also recommend you now doing them from standing ..that will give you more height first
