its actually colder depending the time of year you come if you come June-September its hot enough to go to the beach but after that the weather is kind of chilly especially at night. I think the beaches are better here than in Florida lol

I been to the ones in Maine & Massachusettes & loved it... but I bet the ones in FLA are soo much better!

the ocean was soo warm. you could just walk right in w/o hesitation and dip right down into the water. it was soo nice =]

Haha yup, that's the only down fall for oceans, the salt & it doesnt taste good & feel very good in the eyess, ouch! haha.

my son on the other hand, was soo excited that he didnt realize when the ocean water hit his eyes. he just kept on going and didnt make a peep. me, i was tossing my glasses off and rubbing the crap outta my eyes with a dry towel. lol
