  • My grandmother did a lot of these, she did not have wrinkles around her eyes or sagging skin, she was 76 and looked like she was barely 60 if that. passed away

  • Sorry to upset you. The reason we use a 35 year old, 1st because is the right age to try to stay young and if you are older is the look you are trying to recapture and 2nd because the movement are clearly visible, for the purpose of instruction we had no choice. We have been succesfully offering this system since 1997 and still going strong.

  • I taught this excercise to my mom and after doing it regularly for nearly two weeks..their is visible improvement..but what I want to know is that do we need to increase the time as it might not be effective after the muscle will get used to the same drill..can we do this two times a day.

  • Wrinkles are caused by lack of collagen and muscles shrinkage not by facial movements (when you are a child regardless of the movement wrinkles don't stay) by exercising you increase blood circulation and muscle buildup which in consecuence it increases collagen production and blood flow, thats how wrinkles are soften. It also will increase muscle strength and size which will pull skin tighter.

    Once you have achive results it may seem stagnent but what you are doing is maintaining results.

  • just a question: some of the excercise requires you to rise your eyebrow eg:eyelid opener. Will this not cause more wrinkles on your forehead, and i read in some blog that once your facial muscles got used to the excercise it wont be effective anymore

  • I have this DVD and it works if you work it. And I am a guy. The more you do it the easier it becomes and the quicker the results you'll get. Good Luck!

  • Well, eventhough this is for the face the principle is the same, breasts are compose mostly of fat tissue but you still have pectoral muscle holding them if you work those so they lift and grow they will push out and pull up everything with it.

  • Once a day has proven sufficient for most of our clients, that does not mean that if you can repeat your favored exercises more often, but like any exercise if you over-train it may cause more harm than benefit because of muscle exaustion.

    Regarding pictures, we have learned that in most cases other products photoshop them and have no value, so we count on our reputation and over eleven years of sales of this product and still going strong.

  • i would think that moving your face would stretch out everything. I've been told that.
