Hi, I would like to just say that i love the image, it is very nice, and the speed painting is helpfull.

But I thought I would just point out a couple things: The left leg, the one overlapping the other is a bit off, the leg shouldnt be able to bend that way without the joint being broken, or missing entirely. And another thing about the leg, it seems a bit detached at the hip, as if it had been pulled out of the socket. But still, a very nice image.

I always try the pose with my own body when I draw something. This pose is possible -- not so comfortable though.

Anyway the reason you feel like this is that I wasn't good enough to express everything in my mind exactly right. Although I don't think drawing in the 'right' way is most important, I have kept and will keep practicing to get better and avoid this kind of ... problems. Thank you.

I am very impresed by people who draw on computers, i mean how can you be so perrcise with a mouse, i mean when ever i try it just ends up like scribles, but when i draw with paper, pens, and pencils its so much easyier, and i'm that bad either.

@14385467389 Chances are, he/she used a tablet for this. It is a flat box that is shaped to match the computer screen. It comes with a pen so what you draw on the tablet shows on the computer.

@frozenfrostrichie some people are better at different things like i started drawing when i was 8 and now im 14 and ive always been into like cartoon drawings and now I just started animating a year ago and im getting really good

@frozenfrostrichie I didn't start regularly drawing till I was 18. Just make sure you practice the right stuff. Don't just draw faces all day or something like that. Constantly challenge yourself to draw things that are hard, like foreshortening and difficult poses.

You change your paintbrush setting from 'normal', to 'darken'

This allows you (using red color) to darken white to red. But it won't affect black pixels.

Or you could save the line art as a transparent layer.

I like bigbentree's method of coloring and shading... very bold.

your settings are probably set to something non-vector... You should change it to vector. I dont know where. I had lots of trouble with this too. But this is really important otherwise there's not really a point in using the program
