Yeah, I'd noticed this too, not just the global aspect, but use of the word "regime," & I mmediately recalled to my mind an interview with his senior adviser Valerie Jarrett when instead of saying he'd be ready to lead or ready to serve on Day 1, she said he'd be ready to "rule." Regime, of course, has that same connotation...he's to be a sick megalomaniac.
