bernard gribbons what an actor he played along side some of the greats in his time peter sellers etc done some fine acting and a fine narrator aswell but never a prouder moment then this scence two great actors powerfull words beutifull music how can you top that for a ending, i belive its called poetry in motion
So sad the DRs always left alone. I cryed my eyes out so sad. But i think maybe its time for a male companion in the old episodes of dr who i think if i remeber correctly at one time one of the other drs he had a male companionn. Thanks for putting this video up
@Bugadel Yeah, there's been quite a few, and certainly Jamie (with the 2nd Doctor) was one of my favourite companions. Plus there was Harry, Turlough, Ben, Steven, Ian etc
They removed the final part of the end (which links to this Christmas special) for dramatic effect. The final scene will apparently be available in it's entirety on the DVD boxset when released. At the very least, it'll be shown at the start of this year's Christmas special.
Thsi was such a sad ending T_T tenant had the best goodbyes T_T

so sad lol - it was really upsetting to watch that at the end of Journeys End, just the Doctor alone in the tardis with his thoughts :'(

this is sad. feel very sorry for the Doctor, alone in the universe again. Who thinks Wilf should become the new companion?
