How did the rellenos come out? I been thinking of doing with with green bananas as well. Something like an Alcapurria. When I do the rellenos with potato, they just fall apart! lol

Hi Spanishmommy232 .You only need to lightly spread flour on counter so the disco can be rolled and stretched without sticking to the counter..Note: Do Not Use To Much

because you will not be able to keep it together ..by the 3rd one use should be good.:)

Check it out ladies ..I typed out the recipe for you I know it looks long but its really not that hard just letting you know how I did it I have to do step by step video it will be easier ..but I hope you guys really enjoy it because I made it once and then my husband and son were like omg! make more and my son really pitched in and helped me the second time lol they are really good they go to fast!!:) thank you for your kind words..
