So what this tell us is we see someone that is going to desecrate graves ( why else would teens be in a cemetary) you don't hold them for the police bc they will then arrest you for preventing another crime other than trespassing. We used to have a lot of problems with teens partying in graveyards around here. They have gotten drunk and knocked over tombstones and tore up the grass while driving cars and trucks threw the cemetery. I can understand their anger.

What the fuck were 9 teenagers doing at a cemetery at night anyway? If it was a mix of boys and girls well clearly it was some kind of sex party, and he should have just called the Sheriff the gun wasn't needed in that situation. But if it was all guys, doing what? He could charge the teenagers with trespassing, give a written statement and clarify it through the Sheriff's Department. If the boys did any damage, they should suffer fines for the damage. Otherwise, he would have to post No Trespassing signs, and if he didn't...oh well. Don't fear monger, like a coward.
