One thing you will have to accept is that many people are ill-equiped to think for themselves. They live within a network of closed-minded individuals totally unprepared or willing to re-examine their own notions of reality and bases upon which to determine it. Let's face it, its a tough thing to do, having your world view and trust in your social network uterrly ripped to peices. But remember, if can you move moderates closer to reality, it makes it tougher for fundamentalists to stay put.
