The best thing that we could do for the country would be to expel Texas from the union and make D.C. the 50th state. The majority of Texans aren't worthy of citizenship. They actually take pride in being stupid. Millions of poor people in D.C. have no voice in congress, while the 500,000 (mostly redneck) people in Wyoming have 2 Senators.
