No plane hit the pentagon, god knows what possibly happened to the plane that supposedly hit the pentagon maybe it was taken somewhere and then everyone aboard was put in cryogenic stasis. The plane that went into the field basically went wrong because of the hero passengers aboard.

They are showing the secondary explosions that were seemingly timed and done remotely. That's what the flashes of lights were, and reporters that day on the scene reported hearing the booms from those explosions going off prior to any more plan impacts as if bombs were going off.
