  • this is amazing stop motion. you should see my stop motion even though yours is 100% better.

  • 太强了!!!!

  • Amazing! I wish i could pull this level of fluency off in my stop motion, it's very hard to master! :)

  • Wonderful! You just made my day with this one!

  • Hey, excellent work!

  • Awesome!!

  • :O that's like the best stop motion animation I've ever seen!

  • I've always known Max and Annie are robots (most likely from the future). Humans can't dance like that. :)

  • This was better than all of the transformers movies combined.

  • That was incredible!!! And using foil for her skirt! Genious!!!

  • EPPPIIIIICCCC!!!!!

  • This is so amazing!!!! The dancing aint half bad either :P

  • I am going to share this with my students before their stop-motion assignment!

  • @heather4him Nice! Tell them not to be afraid to experiment and make mistakes.

  • Great!!

  • This brought me joy; thanks!

  • great great work!

  • Talk about being in love with lindy hop! Which video did you base your amazing film on? Would love to compare with the original.

  • @susannedr A link to the reference video I used is in the description.

  • Awesome!;)

  • So awesome!

  • how long did it take you to make the video?

  • @musician1595 it took about 3 minutes per frame, and there are 415 frames, so I think it was around 20 hours, divided over 5 nights.

  • Annie, and many other Montreal dancers such as myself have already posted this on their Facebook walls :)

  • @Astralmira that's amazing, thank you!

  • amazing - who are you?? so cute!

  • @SwingSiren I'm an animator in Toronto who's learning lindy ;) From your profile I see you've danced with Max. If you could share this with him or Annie I'd be ecstatic.

  • @adamanimates Annie has already seen it - she's the one who posted it on her FB wall, saying "Thanks to whoever did this"; that's how I saw it :) Glad to hear you are learning lindy.

  • What are those posable figurines?

  • @dekinopravda They're armatures I ordered from Armaverse. They can hold just about any pose and are lots of fun to work with.

  • you will be famous inthe lindy circles!

  • indeed, you can see Max right at 0:16 in that first swingout.

  • nice!

  • This is awesome!

  • Awesome! I definitely saw Max and Annie in that before I even read your caption. Nice work!!!
