  • Wish I still had the vinyl LP of Thriller. I had it at one point but replaced it with the tape and later on the CD version

  • When did record companies stop producing 78 RPM records? I remember my friends doing this with tape decks that had high speed dubbing, I used to hate it when people did shit like this, I mean REALLY HATE IT!!!!!!!!

  • @Lachlant1984 Probably around 1958 or 1959 when record companies abandoned the 78 RPM format.

  • @BrooklynMouseReturns

Or, about the same time where 45 RPM singles made 78 RPM records irrelevant.

  • Even if it gets ruined, these Lp-'s are so easy to find and can be had for cheap..

  • My record player does not have a 78 option.

  • HAHAHA Thriller by Alvin and the Chipmunks, too cool

  • Hey, thanks for the free publicity, BrooklynMouseReturns! Everyone who sees this ought to check out my channel (and now I'm exploiting you. BWAHAHAHAHAHA!)

  • OUCH!! that can put some major wear on that copy, due to the increased speed and temperature of the stylus.

  • I certainly hope that is a duplicate you are playing.
