Imam Mehdi's Emergence and Rule:
Certainly, Imam will not be from these sects and will be fm Madinah (whom you call wahibis). Hadhrat Umme Salmah (R.A.) narrates that Rasulullah (SAW) said, " After the death of a Ruler there will be some dispute between the people. At that time a citizen of Madina will flee (from Madinah) and go to Makkah. While in Makkah, certain people will approach him between Hajrul Aswad n Maqaame Ibraheem, and forcefully pledge their allegiance to him.

May be these are the Ulema who were mentioned by the Holy Prophet Mohammad (SAW)said, “"SOON WILL THERE DAWN AN AGE OVER THE PEOPLE WHEN THERE WILL REMAIN NOTHING OF ISLAM BUT ITS NAME, AND NOTHING OF THE QUR’AAN BUT ITS TEXT. THEIR MOSQUES WILL BE BEAUTIFUL STRUCTURES BUT WITHOUT GUIDANCE. THEIR ULAMA WILL BE THEIR WORST MEMBERS UNDER THE CANOPY OF THE HEAVEN. FROM THEM WILL EMERGE CORRUPTION, AND THE CORRUPTION WILL REBOUND on THEM."
