kalp atışlarım hızlanıyor, nefes alış değişiyor... Say'ın dünyanın daha güzel bir yer olmasına bu kadar çok katkısı olduğu için şükran duyuyorum. müziğe bu adamın bağını seviyorum.
my heartsbeat becomes faster, breathing changes... I feel gratitude inside since he makes such a great contribution to making the world a better place. I low he relates to music.
wooow I'm speechless :) sometimes it sounds almost like the original version vor orchestra^^! i love the piece anyway!! it's fantastic how you can sound out the melody although it's just one instrument which plays all that! fantastic!
This particular version of the work Le sacre du prinptemps of Stravinsky, is for two pianos; for example, there is a record where Gavrilov and Ashkenazy play the same work
In this case, Fazil Say plays one of the parts, and the other is the piano itself, with an electromechanical system, I think, which acts like a pianola or a player piano.
@luisalvaz In the piano version escpecially in the beginning there are some very noticeable 'modern jazzy progressions' you'd miss in the instrumental version. Now we know where today's jazz pianists get their inspiration.
He basically played one of the parts before this show, and the piano recorded it. In this clip, the piano if performing that first part while Fazil is playing a different part at the same time.
interesting, using the player function for an orchestral piece, I have heard many piano renditions of this piece - this is by far the best I have heard...
Bilgisayarın arkasına saklanıp iki laf edip bulandırayım şu yorumları deyip şişirdiğin kendi egon hakkında ne diyeceksin peki? Böyle mi rahatlıyorsun kendini? Yazık sana. :o)
Fazıl tarih yazıyor, sen orda boşuna parmaklarını yorma, kırık dökük ego filan...Komiksin. GÜNEŞ BALÇIKLA SIVANMAZZZ. Bu böyle biline...
Smiling misin nesin sen o egoya kurban ol e mi? :o) Piyanoyu güzel çalmışmış, sağol ya sen olmasan kimse anlayamayacaktı!!! Expersindir ya o bakımdan yani! Hah! :P
Karşında bir deha var, dünyanın en iyi piyanisti var, bu mudur çekemediğin?
just amazing. the changes this piece brought to the way we see, listen to, and write music today makes this piece one of the most pivotal pieces of the 20th century.
Değerli sanatçımız Fazıl Bey:Sanatçı olunmaz sanatçı doğulur.Ben 9 yıl Konservatuvarda piyano, solfej, armoni dersleri eğitimi almış, sonradan bileklerimdeki doğuştan olduğu doktorlarca söylenen bir rahatsızlık yüzünden ağlaya ağlaya konservatuvarı bırakmak zorunda kaldım.Konserlerinizi hayranlıkla izlemekteyim.

this guy plays the piano like a devil. I mean in a good way of course. He's probably a modern version of Lizt. Gifted, crazy, a showman and a chick magnet
It's no doubt the Say is gifted, and quite capable of playing the (probably 2-3 parts) recorded digitally on that CD reproducing piano. Old idea, new technology.
His antics on stage are to keep the boobs interested, which is to say he is also a showman. Did I mention he is a gifted pianist? Loves American Jazz and Blues, hates America (he's a Turkish Nationalist).
Se avete notato, si vede uno stralcio di partitura sul pianoforte con delle parti evidenziate, che rappresentano quelle che il computer del pianoforte esegue diversamente non potrebbe interagire col piano. Incredibile davvero mai visto roba del genere
Did Say also record the piano roll part? Or is that played by someone else? This is the first time I have seen such a performance. It is spellbinding, and Say is definitely gifted.
It is kind simple, do you know the "piano rolls"?, is similar. The interesting thing about this piece is that it had been written for two pianos (listen the Ashkenazy & Gavrilov version), but in this case Fazil Say shows that just by him self can confront the challenges of the entire work. Well, I suggest to you research a little more about this work, and sepecially this amazing interpretation.
What the hell is this? Is this guy playing with his mind or something? And to the people writing below me: Write in English so I can find some significance to this ridonculous video.

This piece is arranged for four hands, and Say is playing along with a recording of himself playing one part.
I think it's an awful piece anyway.
