If he fights pacquiao, he WOULD NOT know where and when the punches are coming. Pacquiao doesnt throw 1-2 punches. He throws a 1-2, then 1-2-3-4-5-6. Not on the side of your face on your nose or on the top of your head but right on the jaw. If you know about boxing then you know that the jaw and the temple shot are the most effective. Manny can take a great punch but you see in all of Floyd fights its about a 4 to 1. Only 25% of the opponents punches connect. Manny needs a good trap early. Plus a little luck. After 3 he's done.

I always saw the de la hoya fight as a pretty comfortable win and I'm still surprised by Judges not being unanimous. This fight cannot be used as a blueprint to beat Floyd, don't let the scorecards fool you, the punchstats are siginificant in this fight.
