  • Im very conservative but agree with Williams on this.

  • Is it just me or does it seem like a lot of Black people hate Sarah Palin?

  • it's just you black people dont care about palin

  • I am not sure its Black people its the Liberal Left. I actually have couple Black folks I work with who like her more than me. If she's a no count the liberals would leave her alone. She must be a treat. Honestly, I am not sure she can win. I would hope so, but I don't know. For some reason people do not like a woman who actually looks and speaks like a woman to have any power. I guess we should all just wear man pants like H. Clinton and get that great boy hair cut to be taken seriously.

  • Ron you have no idea what your talking about .I think Palin should run for president (snicker) in 2012 . I think she is the best man for the job . I mean women for the job . Any fellow liberals aggree ?

  • agreed. we need to allow republicans to throw this Hail-Mary so that this dumb lady can run in the wrong direction and score one for the other team, again!

  • LOL, and were not being sarcastic either are we Xleeca ( snicker) ? Palin run in 2012, Palin run in 2012 !

  • Your all so shrewd. Hehehe..giggle giggle giggle. Liberals are so much smarter than everyone....or they think they are which is why they want to tell us all what we can eat, if we can have a gun, who we need to give our money to, how much carbon we can emit, where we can pray, and sing Christmas carols...the list goes on and on. You better enjoy you congress while you have it. We are coming in 2010. Obama/Pelosi are sealing that deal for us. I would include Biden but he's a joke.

  • shhh Juan. we want them to think she can win...

  • I hope she runs, I hope she runs, I hope she runs. Contards, please, pretty please, keep thinking she's qualified.

  • Sexist.

  • A + FOX

  • The ONLY qualification anyone can come up with for Palin is that religious conservatives can say look everyone but us thinks she's an idiot.

  • Really thats the best you have....man...your a brilliant!

  • ... and to think I was worried about overkill. Thanks man, makes it all worthwhile.

  • Ur welcome, answer me a couple questions. What is wrong with being a religious conservative? & Can you be a conservative with out being religious? Better yet...Can you be a religious liberal?

Your so insightful I can't wait to hear your perspective. I guess its a few questions. The Christians are getting a bad rap lately. Would you say that the people who speak poorly of religious people are discriminating? Not that you would or are, just curious what your thoughts on this are.

  • And a rap that they don't deserve! Most of my friends still today describe themselves as Republicans and many though not all are religious. Personally I applaud that. Most of them would say the way they are being represented does not reflect their values. Nothing wrong with having moral standards under any title, but what I think people are tired of is this Christian litmus test that their base insists upon so they legislate only Christian values rather than fair and effective leadership.

  • Thanks, its a different response than I thought it would have been. Most all of what you said is admirable. What I guess I do not see is this litmus test you speak of. These values are theirs whether Christian based or otherwise. A value is a value no matter how it was brought to be. I feel Christians are the most oppressed group right now. Because they are convicted and won't sway they must be destroyed. How sad is that. I feel they are trying to take Christianity out of history completely.

  • I would disagree somewhat in that in recent history Christians did enjoy broader representation in politics, now people are coming to understand that although strong personal values can be foundational to an effective leader, they are personal values and can not be subscribed to those they lead. You can't legislate morality or character. You can only be an example of it. Being an effective leader of any value set requires a deep understanding of that.

  • I would agree very much. Well said.

  • "nasty"

haha...who ever named this video is a fuckin pussy....

i didnt hear ANYTHING that wasnt true...its amazing that the right gets upset when people throw sarah palins own words/actions in her/their face...

  • English major I see! Quit Enhancement Smoking and get a clue.

  • anyone who doesn`t realise that faux

is off any reasonable track in any shape and form , and that it hasn`t even to do with a political perspective but with plain simple sanity, doesn`t know Goebbels/Hitler.

  • This guy is dreaming if he thinks Obama is going to have a second term, by that time. the people will line up for days before to vote like kids lining up to buy a new video game..only thing I hope sarsh goes for senator not pres...she will have more power as a senator than a pres...

  • I know I will. I did the first time. Keep fighting Jane! People say that Palin won't have a chance. Well we elected a no name, no experience, man with ties to Acorn, Rev. Wright, Bill Ayers. All these liberals want to do is get everyone on some Government program so they own us. Wake up people and quit sticking your hands out and put them to work. You are not entitled anything!!! I am sick of getting taxed so others can get be lazy.

  • "Compassionate Conservatism"

  • Sarah should team up with Liz and lead the gop down the drain forever. That would be justice.

  • As much as I love Sarah Palin and her conservative values and although I would vote for her hands down. I do believe she would be a long shot. As for Juan Williams, he is a brilliant man. More so than Obama in the fact that he spends so much time on Fox. He atleast he is heard by the nation and he is not afraid(like Obama is) to face opposition. I would not call him a liberal, he is less liberal that a lot of other Dems. I do not agree with him on many points, but he does have my respect.

  • How many interviews did Bush do with MSNBC?

  • @whistleo I do not have a count of how many interviews he did on MSNBC. I do however know he did give interviews. Now towards the end he did hold back from MSNBC and his administration did call them unpatriotic. This is a far cry from what the Obama administration is doing to Fox. Frankly, I hope the Obama admin keeps it up. Fox has more views than all other combined so in my opinion he is putting a strangle hold on himself. Bush never tried to exclude MSNBC from a new conference as...

  • whistleo raises a good point...

and you dont have a count of MSNBC interviews Bush did because the number is zero...

im not saying Obama shouldnt go on fox simply cuz Bush didnt go on MSNBC, he should go on. I dont think he'd have a problem on there...their news "actors" arent exactly intellectual heavyweights...

  • Ok, I did about 5 mins of google and found 3 interviews GW did with MSNBC since 2004. 8/19/08 Keith Oberman

8/30/04 Matt Lauer, 2/07/04 Meet the Press. Even though I did not take the time back up my previous claim it is in-fact correct. Obama, is in his first term & has already began a swear campaign against news channel based on the unpleasant comments a couple opinion show commentators have made about him. The opinion shows have nothing to do the with how they report the news. He is a baby.

  • Obama has appeared on Fox News Sunday as well as the O'Reilly factor and has said he will appear on Fox again. Given that you've already acknowledged that Bush purposefully ignored MSNBC, how is Obama any more "afraid" than Bush was?

Also, Bush was never interviewed by Olbermann. That is blatantly false. His guests that night (according to his website) were "Chuck Todd, Richard Wolffe, Eugene Robinson, Rachel Maddow".

  • I didn't say he haddn't been on Fox. He did during his campaign. I saw him interviewed by a couple folks on fox . He'd have been a moron not to go on the largest network and he is not a moron. He's quite calculated. Again his administration has a smear campaign on Fox based on the voices of a few Opinion shows. I will not say GW was perfect, but what the two did/doing is a bit different. Plus 2 wrongs don't make a right. As for scared, the way Obama Bows to dictators appears week.

  • You said Obama is afraid to appear on Fox even though he has. You said Bush has been interviewed on MSNBC even though he hasn't. You're under the impression that Japan is a dictatorship as opposed to a constitutional monarchy. And you think the White House has launched a smear campaign against Fox while calling the Fox's regular accusations of Fascism, Marxism, Communism, and Maoism mere opinions.

Such idiocy. Why am I not surprised that you're a Sarah Palin supporter?

  • just a spectator but tmburns please give up the argument Whistleo is killing you If I was a conservative I would help but i hate libs and cons equally

  • ill give you the two that were on NBC...not MSNBC. But are you mental? Bush did not do an interview with Keith Olberman...and im not even saying that he should have. Im just saying that never happened.

  • Hey I could have gotten it wrong like I said It was a 5 min google seach and I had kids running in. Sue me.

  • @whistleo...Obama has. Thankfully the other media outlets stood up for what was right in that regard and put a stop to it. You can defend this administration all you want. The truth is, the facts are stacked against you. One day you'll stop getting butterflies everytime you hear Obama talk and pay attention then you'll see what is going on. If you actually listen to Obama you will see he is no longer hiding his agenda which is not Freedom. If you like ur freedom you better pay attention.

  • Contrary to your baseless assumption, I don't agree with Obama's decision to not appear on Fox. You called Obama afraid of appearing on Fox, yet not only has he appeared on Fox in the past, you acknowledge that the Bush administration had been guilty of the same thing in regard to ignoring MSNBC. The exclusion of Major Garett was not a decision made by Obama and was admitted as a low-level mistake by the White House. So how is Obama afraid? The rest of what you said is mostly fanatical bullshit.

  • the other media outlets "put a stop to it" because fox, just like all the other MSM outlets PAY for access...money is what binds them, not a desire to engage in credible journalism...

  • I'll give you this one. Its true! But with as unethical as they are I was not sure they would even stand up in this regard.

  • You deleted you comment saying implying I was uncompassionate. No fair I wanted to respond....so I will...

  • Yeap! Why should the government decide who my money goes to. I give 10% or more to Charity every year. Maybe I do not want it to go to some entitlement so the government can enslave someone. Do you know anyone on assistance? Well I do and its disgusting. Maybe I want to go where it can give someone a second chance to be lifted up.

  • That was an accident. Your comment implied that the only contributing factor towards poverty is laziness which is simply ludicrous. You're entitled to think that anyone who can not find work and cannot afford basic necessities deserves death as opposed to governmental intervention, but it would be a stretch to call that compassionate.

  • Have you lost your mind? To imply I think people deserve death because they can not afford basic necessities. You little twerp! I promise you I give & do more to help people in a month than you in your life. I bet your some college brat living off mommy and daddy. When you bust your butt 50-60 hours a week and see your check go to uncle sam will change. You can read and debate, but you have no real life experience which gives you no right to make such assumptions about me.

  • & no not all in poverty are lazy. But I can assure you a lot are. A lot feel entitled. A lot of people waiting on their "government cheese" I know these people and have dealt with these people. With you Liberals its all about how you feel & the man is keeping me down. Well I have news for you. You keep voting for people who are gonna tax the rich who do you think is gonna give your entitled butt a job when your get out and want to work. I guess you can just get line and get your "cheese"

  • Name-calling and baseless assumptions. It's pretty hilarious that you would conclude that I'm a 'liberal, college brat living off my parents without any life experience while waiting for handouts' from me mocking your compassion. Your support for Sarah Palin is becoming more and more palpable.

Close to fifty thousand people die per year due to lack of health care. Untold thousands more would die if someone if the government didn't decide where some of "your money goes".

  • Your so calm and collected. I guess that makes you right. Your 19 as far as assumptions go how much life experience can you have had? Are you in college? Are you, ur parents, or the gov ie: me paying for school? I'm upset because its your generation I want to protect. I want you to have a good life. I want my children who aren't so much younger than you to live free and not pay back our debt if thats selfish then so be it. I want my savings to be worth something so I am not burden later in life.

  • Let me ask you a couple questions. Do you think the government is wastful? Do you think they have spent tax payer money wisely? Do you think its health care which is the issue or is Insurance? Do you realize your age group will be forced have health insurance to pay more for health insurance

  • To help pay for the unhealthy older folks? What do you define as freedom? At what % do you think we should be taxed? Do you really think a 2000 page bill that leaves 30,000 still uncovered is really the best option? See I do not think Health care is the issue. Our Country has the BEST health care. No one can be denyed care...no one... regardless of their ability to pay. We lock our boarders, and some tort reform and you will see much improvement in insurance prices.

  • Kid, I just want to be able to live and save and have a family. I want to have so that I can give. I feel good when I give. But not when it is taken from me. 40-50% of my household earnings go to taxes. You really think this is what is needed.I do not mind taxes, but not excessive taxes. I do not care for a man who says "no new taxes on the middle class and then" signs a Cap and Trade bill which will end up effecting everyone. He even admitted it.You don't want to see, I guess thats your problem.

  • What a righteous, prolonged lamentation.

It's incredible you're under the impression that people cannot be denied care. Simply false. Our system is only the best if you can afford it. Close to fifty thousand die per year due to a lack of health insurance.

Obama clearly supported Cap and Trade during his campaign. The tax burden of the bill in 2020 would cost an individual household an average of $175.

The rest of your cute little harangue is not worth replying to.

  • You can't be denied Health care. You can be denied Health Insurance. Big difference. If you walked into a Hospital regardless of your ability to pay they could not turn you away. Not everyone can afford Insurance & some are turned away due to prexisiting conditions. Is that right...well that is open for debate. However if people were not turned away would people abuse the system?

Cap and Trade I am sure he did. But it will cost us all much more than $175 when we pay more for basic goods.

  • As for all my cute little harangue. Well I guess if your liberal talking points do not have the answer for you then you are not able to answer. By the way what is wrong with a little passion and speaking in a dramatic way if you feel strongly about something. Be all can't be emotionless drones like you.

I would however love to hear your answer to some of those questions. With out talking points, please.

  • So you are under the assumption that every life-threatening illness is treatable through a visit to the emergency room? What is wrong with you? You think cancer patients can continually make emergency room visits in order to receive treatment? Such ignorance...

I didn't realize the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office and the American Journal of Public Health provided liberal talking points.

No, I'm not going to "define freedom" for you. What a stupid question.

  • WTF? Juan Williams thinks that Sarah Palin controlled the NY-23 election?

  • She did you moron! If not control she swayed it quite a bit. You need to quit spending your days playing a Youtube and listening to NPR are actually get plugged in.

  • The Repulican canidate was a stark raving mad Liberal/ progressive. Sarah is pretty much pushing a conservative movement and worked to get a real conservative canidate in there. Its all good. The Republican in this case was way more Liberal than the Dem. and we need to send a real msg to the Replican party that we are not gonna stand for these progressive hacks anymore. Dude, where u been!!!

  • lol... Williams is a liberal tool. Tom 63010 shreds him.

  • Point 1) She resigned as governer "For no reason"

She was being hounded by frivilous litigation that both crippled her ability to govern as well as financially, using courts to attack appointents.

    2) Death Panels (I supposed he is saying they weren't there)

They changed the bill to take them out.

    3) The Republicans lost the NY-23 seat.

It was lost when they nominated Dede beause she would have voted with the liberals.

No one mentions this will probably be corrected November 2010.

  • I think he was arguing that no rational person would seriously consider end-of-life counseling to be a death panel that decides whether to let the elderly live or die.

  • they just don't get it. we need a leader like sara she cares for the country. Not about how she can fill her pockets

  • Sarah Palin has a dynamic connection with REAL freedom/liberty loving Americans and the left can't stand it. They will do anything and stop at nothing to deface her with their own liberal biases. If she were "such a joke" to them they would write her off and leave her alone. The fact is she is the biggest threat to Liberalism since Ronald Regan and they are deathly afraid of her... Run Libs run!!

  • If by "threat to liberalism" you think she has a remote chance at becoming president, do you realize that she is incredibly unpopular with only a fringe minority (30%) supporting her?

  • Yes, but she is not running yet. Heck, Obama was not even a Senator 3 years before he ran for prez. So I would think she has more support than he at this stage in the game... almost forgot he did have SEIU and Acorn backing him. This is a center to right country you know. You'll see come 2012. I would however like to see her as a Senator rather than prez. She would have more power that way.

  • Are you kidding? Obama was the Democratic Party's largest fundraiser by far in the 2006 elections and was a national name due to his 2004 DNC speech.

Sarah Palin has extremely high disapproval ratings. No successful presidential hopeful has ever had 70% disapproval ratings. There are very few people who are still undecided on Palin, so the fact that she has three years to pull off a miracle is of negligible help.

I'm impressed at how well you've managed to delude yourself.

  • I'll bet with SEIU and Acorn at his side. I bet he cryed when Acorn got busted. Why do you think he owes them so much. Heck, Andy Stern the Prez of SEIU has visited the White house more than anyone else since Obama took Office. I think its at 28 or so visits. Do you realize how corrupt these unions are? I will admit the faults of my Party and hope that we can fix them, Liberal Dems are as bad or worst. Open your mind a bit and try and see both sides. We need to fix this country and he is not.

  • Right, and that little screed had nothing to do with Sarah Palin's electability. Whenever you get confronted it seems you start regurgitating Glenn Beck. Hilarious.

  • You got that right. I think the biggest reason she left Alaska is because she knew she needed to be seen and heard over the next few years if she intended to be a contender. Watch out Libs she is the real deal.

  • "Watch out Libs she is the real deal."

    Dear Republicans-

Please, please, please give Palin your presidential nomination in 2012. That will guarantee Obama's landslide re-election.

Yes, the part-of-one-term governor of Alaska is the real deal, alright. The really unelectable deal.

  • The biggest point here aside from the fact that I LOVE SARAH PALIN, is that these speculations are really generated by a liberal manifestation which reacts to her enormous popularity and influence on conservatism and speaking on behalf of the silent majority. There are also a lot of alleged feminists out there who hate what she represents and displays which is an attractive pro-life woman can accomplish all and even more without the blessing of NARAL or the NY elites.

  • Right on. So nice to see a real woman with some influence.

  • Anyone with any doubts that the liberals are terrified of Sarah Palin check this out; the AP assigned ELEVIN reporters to fact check Sarah Palin's book. lol. They didn't assign that many people to research Obama during the entire 2008 campaign. Sarah Palin should buy some TV add time just to say "BOO" to the media and watch how they would go into a tizzy trying to analyse and fact check it.
