When exersising and people pass me I always put my head down,once 3 fit guys running past me started making fun of me,after I passed them I felt horrible,I walked home pulled out some twinkies and told myself how fat and ugly I was and how everyone knew it. Then I walked past the mirror and stopped to look(I hate doing this) and saw myself holding that box,what was thinking! I threw them away and reminded myself I lost 60 fricken pounds! I know for some it's the only way out but that's my opinion however I'm nowhere as big as your before picture but some lbs linger on. well really its not a quick cheat. i have many co workers who had it and 2 relatives and actually its harder to deal with then losing weight on your own. you still have to diet and work out...it just cuts down the amount calories and food u take in. they go thru pain, sickness if they eat what we can eat normally like sugar, and if they dont exercise, they wont lose anything...i know one woman she had it and still throws down chzsteaks and gained weight. its a very hard battle and is not easy.

I wonder if someone could put a morph of weight lose through the weight loss process? If I were to lose 300 lbs, I would put more than a before and after photo on you tube- I would build progressive morph photos- like a baby book through the growing years and record the dates with a journal.
