in metaknights defense, a noob can very easily kill themself by doing these things. and if you use this all the time and survive, that just makes you a pussy. but metaknight, assuming you dont just do this, does take some time to master. i try to avoid the b tornado as much as possible and just rely on air combat and the such, which took a year for me to finally find out was where he excelled

That is considering that the person playing is not a n00b. But by definition, a Brawler is a n00b. Honestly, I won a local with Metaknight, and I play only Melee and Project M. This shows the sheer lack of training required to become a master at Brawl. Melee was both a party and a competitive fighting game. Brawl was solely a party game. I won't tell you guys how to play, that's your problem, but I must laugh when I hear people say they mastered Brawl when a baby chimp can do it.

As a serious meta knight player, I think this is funny. For noobs this is the perfect strategy to always win as meta-knight, but anyone with any skill knows that the Tornado is both easy to dodge (just dodge roll into it then hold out your shield, they will take away like 2 chips and then be helpless) and easy to be sweetspotted (hit the top of it with almost anything to break through it, or any ranged attack).

The funny thing is MK actually takes skill and practise to play well, sure you can own your friends with special skill spam but there's other brawlers that do that better (pika pika?).

THe B spam wasn't enough but the A spam made it work well enough. Yep, Metaknight's metagame sure has developed.
