Alcohol kills over 100,000 Americans every year, marijuana doesn't kill ONE person. I have personally seen how alcohol can tear up families and kill loved ones. @MoltaMagician Nothing you said makes any sense. No you don't go to prison for drinking wine, but that hasn't always been the case and when it was, alcohol prohibition was a colossal failure just as marijuana prohibition is. You shouldn't be able to go to prison for smoking pot.

Marijuana isn't addictive (well less so than caffeine even).
I have a good job and make good money, and know plenty of other users who are VERY successful in life.

@MoltaMagician It hasn't been legalized in California, it has been decriminalized. You can no longer go to prison or get misdemeanor changes for simple possession but instead get a ticket for ~40 dollars.
And Canada is developed country just like any other developed country so I don't see how that refutes anything. I'm terrified that people can develop logic as shattered as yours.

Alcohol kills over 100,000 Americans every year, marijuana doesn't kill ONE person. I have personally seen how alcohol can tear up families and kill loved ones. I will in no way consider anything you say if you can have a view as moronic as 'marijuana is more dangerous than alcohol', because you just make yourself sound like an ignorant child when you say things like that, primarily because it has been PROVEN time and time again that alcohol is far more of a detriment to society than marijuana.

@MoltaMagician The majority is getting ever closer to being in favor of it being legal. If you disagree, then how are more and more medical marijuana states passing it for legalization? Prop 19 (which would of fully legalized it) lost 46% to 54% which isn't exactly a large margin.
