  • Who are any of these people to tell someone suffering from a terminal illness that they cannot smoke marijuana, but that they can take synthetic heroin like oxycontin and percocet? I will say, however, this first guy was growing 100 plants, that's way more than a single person would ever need. Im not sure I believe that he wasn't selling it on the side.

  • my trip to jail for pot.. there was a perv that only got 15 for touching a little 8 year old girl while i was in there, and yes 15 days was his sentence..not years.. how is it possible a non violent pot smoker is punished the same as a sex offender? who have i ever hurt sitting in my house alone smoking a joint? do i give money to the (terrorists)? or cartell? dont we have a debt problem? isnt there a multi billion dollar industry we can tax? how many people have died directly from pot? 0.wake up

  • I dont care, people that outlaw it are but a few...i know my rights as a human on earth, my body is my body and I love my body...that is why ill use pot until the day I die...not even medically...when you smoke it gives you alittle time for urself so you can live...if you use it :D

  • wee are in t e revolution,to t e feds,fuck off,no medical benefis,wat are u nuts?listen to wat people are sayin,wel ur never onna stop people anyway!!!

  • i smoke every day

  • meth is healthy for you and has been proven to miraculously help people suffering from obesity, narcolepsy, postencephalitic parkinsonism, chronic alcoholism, cerebral arteriosclerosis, and hay fever.

Marijuana on the other hand has no medical benefits.

  • My aunt is a quadrapolegic who has trouble eating yet even living, my aunt's husband recentley got in an accident where he is partially paralyzed from the waist down he is in an unexplainable amount of pain, coming from a person who's never smoked marijuana, I see how this drug helps my aunt and uncle and I realize God put this on Earth for a reason,to help people who need it. LEGALIZE IT.

  • We need a Revolution!

  • Its not a debate at all either your ignorant or awake!

  • You have to follow state and county rules/laws.

  • <My second comment is COPS everywhere are looking for something to do just like the DICK who parked a say 85K State trooper car to make his QUOTA this monring ..now gladly have all of them transported to NORTH KOREA border would'nt that be nice if C5A big AF planes could transport them to raid over the 38th parallel not pick on person just wanting peace and a natural plant? It's POWER TRIP for Government tillthey get thie ass kicked ie VIETNAM, or North Korea?

  • Watching WEED WARS right now...seems US GOVERNMENT or should I say the GESTAPO who placed major control over everything right around 1913 ie MONEY or US Treasury did so on plants except the most deadly and dangerous ie TABACCO ..why ? hmmm maybe because they want to control everything ?

  • Bitches.

  • I love how when someone won't agree with pro marijuana then they are "Narrow Minded" according to you stoners. So I'm unable to have my own opinions on the matter because if I don't agree with you then I'm wrong? Childish and Ignorant

  • @MoltaMagician

Wanting cannabis illegal is completely narrow-minded. You don't HAVE to be a pot head, but why would you be against other people doing what they want to do, if not for recreational, for medical purposes?

  • And to show just how much you will abuse the rules, look at this idiot in the video. He was told he could grow 15 plants so he grabbed some potting soil and grew 100. No way in hell he could smoke that much in the time alloted! No way! So he was supplementing his income or lack there of by selling the leftovers. We all know that he was doing it. The yield on an average plant of an average strain can get up to 10 oz to a pound. He was going to smoke almost 100 pounds in that time? GET REAL!

  • Marijuana is illegal because big pharma doesn't want people to grow their own medicine. it has nothing to do with public safety or whatever the federal government says. Don't you have a problem with corporations having the ability to manipulate governments the way they do? if marijuana was legal, then it wouldn't matter how many plants somebody would grow, because it would be worth NOTHING. the illegality creates the crimes. Cannabis was a medicine once in america anyway .So YOU GET REAL.

  • And to the rest of you users. Convenient how marijuana is a cure all and suddenly when they opened a small window for you, you kicked down the door. All of a sudden everyone in California was *cough cough* sick and needed to smoke to cure anything from acne to depression. I'm sure that drugs make people happy but as someone living with depression I am offended that you stoners all of a sudden became depressed and instead of treating it with counseling and other tools resorted to drugs.

  • @MoltaMagician serious question. Have you ever used cannabis before? just curious.

  • @exxorcist I have, when I was much younger. I grew out of that phase. I'm done commenting on this thread.

  • I smoke marijuana, i don't spend any money EVER on alcohol or pharmaceuticals. I don't support the legal drug peddlers that prescribe amphetamines to children, but wont let you smoke the green bush in the backyard.

  • Jusr legalize it. This medicinal program is a sham. Very vew patients actually benefit from it most just use their sore joints as an excuse for weed.

  • WHAT AN ASSHOLE!!!

  • You potheads make me sick. Get off your butts and get a job you hippie liberals! Try to occupy something other than your couch or wall street. Quit being a drain on society and helping the cartels to wage a war that is getting ever closer to American soil. How many taxpayer dollars are spent fighting this addiction every year? It's not worth risking your life for a little fun. We are going to raid your homes and dispensaries and get your drugs off the street.

  • @MoltaMagician Marijuana is risking your life?! HAHAHAHAHA

    Fucking moron. Do some research.

  • @limoguy333 We need harsher penalties for law breakers like yourself. I'd recommend prison time for first time offenders and if you get caught running a dispensary you should go to prison for a minimum of 5 years. Laugh now but harsher restrictions are on there way addict.

  • @MoltaMagician I really really hope you're trolling. Otherwise, I have lost all faith in humanity, that anybody can be as stupid and ignorant as yourself. Way to go sir, you just lowered the intelligence bar to an all-time low.

The next time you use a far more addictive substance that actually IS unhealthy (alcohol) I'd recommend that you'd get sent to prison for the rest of your life. That way there'd be one less stupid fuck in this country.

    Oh and marijuana isn't addictive.

  • @limoguy333 I don't have to go to prison for drinking some wine with friends though do I? My drug of choice is 100% legal and regulated and I follow the law regarding the use of it. Your drug is a schedule 2? I think, and is against the law where it will remain. Don't get your hope up yet you jobless hippie scum bags. I along with the moral majority are going to make sure that it never will be decriminalized. Enjoy your prison time addicts!

  • @MoltaMagician Nothing you said makes any sense. No you don't go to prison for drinking wine, but that hasn't always been the case and when it was, alcohol prohibition was a colossal failure just as marijuana prohibition is. You shouldn't be able to go to prison for smoking pot.

    It's schedule 1.

Marijuana isn't addictive (well less so than caffeine even).

I have a good job and make good money, and know plenty of other users who are VERY successful in life.

  • @MoltaMagician "it never will be deciminalized".

To bad it already has been, in parts of Canada, California, and legalized in plenty of countries. And no, their societies didn't collapse. If you want to argue about drugs damaging society, you look pretty ridiculous talking down on marijuana users when you use a drug far worse known as alcohol.

    You sir, are a joke.

  • @limoguy333 Canada isn't the United States buddy. And California? They are raiding dispensaries as we speak because Obama turned his back on the so called "Medical Marijuana" users. In fact, the even set down a deadline for all dispensaries to close their doors or face arrest. So great argument but no it won't be happening any time soon. And my Cardiologist even says that a few glasses of wine is beneficial for me so that shoots your second point to hell moron.

  • @MoltaMagician It hasn't been legalized in California, it has been decriminalized. You can no longer go to prison or get misdemeanor changes for simple possession but instead get a ticket for ~40 dollars.

And Canada is developed country just like any other developed country so I don't see how that refutes anything. I'm terrified that people can develop logic as shattered as yours.

And no your cardiologist didn't tell you that. Your just mimicking a myth that's been around for a long time

  • Alcohol kills over 100,000 Americans every year, marijuana doesn't kill ONE person. I have personally seen how alcohol can tear up families and kill loved ones. I will in no way consider anything you say if you can have a view as moronic as 'marijuana is more dangerous than alcohol', because you just make yourself sound like an ignorant child when you say things like that, primarily because it has been PROVEN time and time again that alcohol is far more of a detriment to society than marijuana.

  • @limoguy333 I never said that Marijuana was more harmful than Alcohol. Getting your facts mixed up a bit stoner? Perhaps the person that sounds like an ignorant child here is the one making up things? What I said is that it is against the law and I would like to see harsher penalties for offenders. You must have gotten mixed up because you were angry about me setting you straight on California's failed attempt of decriminalizing marijuana. I drink wine in moderation, it's how you use it.

  • @MoltaMagician You sure seem to be insinuating that marijuana is worse than alcohol, would you not agree? Marijuana can be used in moderation, too. And how has California failed in decriminalizing marijuana when they have successfully done it? The fact that you won't even acknowledge a FACT makes you come off as some immature 14 year old kid who's mad he has no friends.

And calling me a stoner whenever I refute you doesn't give your arguments anymore validity. Just seems your butt-hurt.

  • @MoltaMagician And just the fact that you think people should be in prison for choosing to smoke a HARMLESS PLANT really reveals how shitty of a person you are.

  • @limoguy333 It's not harmless and the government agrees with me. And just because you want to smoke it does not make it right, moral or legal. I don't care what you think about my views because your drug of choice is illegal and will stay that way and I sleep good at night knowing that you are being deprived of an illegal substance that could without my support make it's way to my kids because they think idiots like you are cool for smoking it.

  • @MoltaMagician But it shouldn't be illegal when substances like alcohol are. There's nothing immoral about smoking it. And yes it is harmless. That is fact. Do some research, otherwise your willfully ignorant and that's not something to be proud of.

And I'm not being deprived of an illegal substance, it's very easy to get.

I like how you have no ability to have an INTELLIGENT discussion but instead are reduced to shouting immature insults.

You have some growing up to do bud.

  • @limoguy333 All of your comments are your opinion, nothing wrong with opinion. I'm entitled to mine as well. I would like for people such as yourself to go to prison for totally disregarding the law. I feel that my argument is just as valid as yours. I just happen to have the law on my side.

  • @MoltaMagician And the notion that what's legal is inherently right and what's illegal is inherently wrong, is ridiculous. Apparently you haven't matured enough to realize that yet.

  • @limoguy333 My favorite thing about you is that you pick the laws you want to follow and we are supposed to be alright with that. Can I? I wonder what laws I could break? After all I want to be as mature as the person telling me that he sets his own standards for the community instead of letting the community. You are a complete idiot and I hope you get to experience as much prison time as it will take to make you realize that we don't live in your world. Buh Bye! Blocked for being a moron

  • @MoltaMagician But it shouldn't be a law. That's the point. Ever speed? Yeah I thought so, you're breaking the law too.

Block me pussy, you're obviously too much of an imbecile to have an intelligent discussion about anything. Fucking tool.

  • @limoguy333 It should be a law. It is a law. It's not changing anytime soon. And as for being an intellectual, you can't be serious. You say that I'm not intelligent and then proceed to show your ignorance by dumbing it down to words like pussy and fucking tool? Wow. Enjoy jail time soon please. I hope they raid your homes and your family has their faces put on the ground criminal.

  • @MoltaMagician Then WHY should it be a law. Give me one RATIONAL and LOGICAL reason why it's prohibition is JUSTIFIED.

I'll give you a hint, there are no justified reasons for it's prohibition. If you disagree, prove me wrong using actual facts and statistics instead of simply telling me that 'i'm a criminal' and 'it should never be legalized'. In this entire debate (if you can even call it that) you haven't made A SINGLE ARGUMENT but have instead resorted to dodging by points and rebuttals.

  • @limoguy333 Majority rule. We live in a democracy and the fact is, when a larger group of the population says something should be illegal then it is put into law. Not to mention the fact that it would be almost impossible to regulate and tax. And plain and simple it's harder to detect than alcohol which means that any idiot can be under the influence. My bus driver, taxi driver, pharmacist, and anybody else who could make mistakes that affect my life. I don't want it legal and I'm the majority.

  • @MoltaMagician The majority is getting ever closer to being in favor of it being legal. If you disagree, then how are more and more medical marijuana states passing it for legalization? Prop 19 (which would of fully legalized it) lost 46% to 54% which isn't exactly a large margin.

And just the fact that you'd want to see a person in prison (a rather life ruining event, you know) for choosing to use a harmless plant, really show's what a terrible excuse for a human being you are.

  • @limoguy333 And the fact that you think you can pick which laws to follow as if you should gain special exception shows a lot about you, And a terrible excuse? Your ignorance knows no bounds. When someone thinks the law they are breaking is harmless and they end up hurting you or your family I hope you can shrug it off. After all, they were only doing what they want. And the minority is still the minority. Deal with it

  • @MoltaMagician But it won't be the minority for long. Deal with it.

Marijuana IS harmless. That is fact, do some research if you disagree and if you choose not to you are willfully ignorant, which is ironic considering I am not ignorant at all. And yes, believe it or not, certain laws CAN be unjust. Have you ever heard of segregation? I guess Rosa Parks was scum by your logic.

  • @limoguy333 Your opinion

  • @MoltaMagician No, fact.

You're opinions are conjecture, mine are supported by facts. That's the difference between you and I and why my view isn't completely moronic. Narrowminded much. Do some research if you disagree.

  • @limoguy333 Your opinion

  • @MoltaMagician No, I support my 'opinions' with facts and statistics.

  • @limoguy333 Last word

  • @MoltaMagician you, sir, need to educate yourself. There is nothing harmful about cannabis. The people like yourself who think there is are actually the retarded ones. A simple Google search will yield all the proof you need to see your thoughts are based on lies.

  • @limoguy333 Last word

  • @MoltaMagician Thank you for confirming to me more than you already have (as if that is even possible) that you are incredibly immature and uneducated. Way to make yourself look dumb.

  • @limoguy333 I'm also done with you,no matter what I say, in your mind I'm not entitled to an opinion that contradicts yours. You will spew more pro marijuana propaganda at me. Do what you feel is right but if you get caught using and go to jail then you are the only one to blame. I feel that it is wrong, not changing my mind. I also hope that lawbreakers get caught and punished to the full extent and that the government enacts stricter penaltys for users who willing thumb their nose at the law.

  • @MoltaMagician

The difference between my opinion an you're opinion is that I support my opinion with actual facts, you don't care about what's factual and instead speak out your ass.

  • Comment removed

  • @MoltaMagician

You're an idiot. Your opinion isn't even yours. You say you're against the decriminalization of marijuana simply because it is currently illegal. So if Murder would be legal you would no oppose this? it must be by your logic. Look, the truth is that i actually feel sorry for people like you. You have been brainwashed by the government in to believing that Marijuana is bad, when as limoguy333 has been saying, basically all scientific evidence says its safe

  • @exxorcist Your opinion. And I've given my reasons, you just choose not to comprehend them or lack the ability. There is just no debating you stoners because you need your fix so bad that you are willing to say anything to get it. It's like yelling at a wall. And I feel sorry for you and your other stoner friends. All those people in California who got medical cards made your cause look like a joke. People coming up to the Doctors office saying I need it because of "insert ridiculous reason"

  • @MoltaMagician there are two kinds of people in the world. People who blindly follow rules given and those who question. my argument is that the prohibition of cannabis is unjust in itself. Nixon waged a war on the plant simply for the sake of corporate interest. If marijuana was made legal, then so would hemp. read up on hemp if you have time. It's a great natural fibre with so many uses. And why do you have so much hate? Some people chose to smoke weed instead of alcohol. You're narrow minded.

  • @limoguy333

I agree. MoltaMagician is a fasco-deontoligist who sympathizes with the Establishment.

  • @MoltaMagician

"I drink wine in moderation, it's how you use it."

I smoke cannabis in moderation, it's how you use it.

What is your point? I guess my contention is just as valid, alcohol should be made illegal by your standards.

"What I said is that it is against the law and I would like to see harsher penalties for offenders."

    Are you fucking kidding me?

Smoking weed doesn't do any harm to anyone. Murderers get 3-5 year sentences while smokers get 15 years.

  • Why is there a debate? God damn politics. Y U SO SLOW? I don't even smoke weed -__-

  • POLICE were not saying pick or choose a law. were saying your political views are shit and either get on the band wagon help end this insanity of persecuting a pretty much kind heart maybe a tad nieave (cant remember how to spell that) group of people. back to what i was say end the insanity or get out the way.

  • Such BS!!! This is the #1 reason why most of us don't vote in state elections. Our federal govt. can tell us that we can't even keep our votes. Here in MI ppl keep going to prison for a small marijuana possession, which then causes our taxes to pay for the court judges, lawyers, and all the stuff that AT LEAST decriminalizing across the country. I don't smoke weed much, but I do believe that it is healthier than alcohol. I would like to see it leagalized, but it should at least be DECRIMINALIZED

  • They just keep putting sick people in prison. How much more of this is the American public going to put up with? No wonder the cop isn't showing his face. He's the criminal here.

It's sad that the people have to be protected from their own government.

    Ron Paul in 2012!!!.

  • so the DEA " looked around and saw all the farmacies popping up some near schools".

But who cares about the liquor stores, gunstores, pornstores, drugstores, strip clubs and meth labs, child molesters, rapists and poison ivy growing near schools. Their main concern is the nontoxic plant someone grows without bothering or even informing them of their hobby behind closed doors. Cuz cops are intelligent you know, thats why they enforce the laws because laws are laws so we must enforce them ya know

  • 3:30 all of the heads at the news station couldnt brainstorm to figure out how to spell "marijuana" ?

  • There is nothing to debate. You need a valid argument to pose in order to do that debate thing. Unless you want to convince me of how stupid you are. Bring the gateway drug theory as your argument and you will win that debate.

  • In this video there were 0 violent crimes. The police make money by arresting people for weed. America is a fucking capitalist society run by big oil and big bank companies that donate money to keeping marijuana from ever becoming legal. Fuck the government, this isn't a democracy or weed would be legal by now. Our for-fathers would be shooting by now.

  • LEGALIZE IT ALREADY!!

Tobacco is way more deadly than Marijuana and kills thousands every year. Yet its legal! Prohibition doesn't work. I thought we learned that 80 years ago, but apparently not. We're letting the drug cartels make billions of dollars by prohibiting it!

  • lockin up potheads just pisses me off... they drove past 2 dead hookers and a meth lab to get to that guys house........

  • YEY WEED

  • I really feel bad for the guy, but it disturbs me when I see tobacco cigs in the ashtray of a cancer survivor (1:43)...

  • People want tolerate this much more. This is a democracy, so when the majority speaks they win. But our Gov't is acting as a Communist Gov't. They are about to start something they don't want. Hard drugs need to be controlled, marijuana isn't a hard drug, for many it's a gift from God. I don't mean getting high, I mean for true life threaten sicknesses.

  • its a fucking plant calm down

  • The government is going to start a revolution if they back off and don/t legalize it soon

  • @22knowa RON PAUL 2012 <-- let the revolution begin
