Only the ap2 sold in america comes with the 2.2.. other parts of the world only carry the 2.0 liter on all s2ks. I own a 2006 ap2 from the US and it revs to 8k rpms.. This car is definetely an ap2 no matter what.. Great shifting.. Dont listen to these fools that dont know how to drive a car that comes to life at 6000 rpms when vtec kicks in!

@Justincredibles2k no,ap2 comes both with a f20c and a f22c.the f20c revs to 9000 and f22c revs to 8000.that s2k has an f20c

@234167 Also, the tail lights are AP2/ rear bumper AP2/ the whole S is a AP2...therefore AP2 = F22 = 8k rev limit!!

He's shifting great so dont hate!!!! All AP2 S2000's have a CDV which stands for Clutch Delay Valve that purposely causes the clutch to slip when there's alot of pressure put on the rear end like when slamming gears like he did in this video. This is why you dont see the ap2 models chirping 2nd and 3rd gear like the ap1 can. It saves your rearend from blowing at the expense of a little clutch slippage. I know cause I have an 06 and I also sell them at a Honda store in NJ.. Great car!
