i have also this 6720s, but mine is 1,7 GHz... and my 6720s, is NOT for games..

my mom and dad , buy this pc to homework, and stuff like that.. but.. i use this 99% to games (wich this pc is bad to) and the rest 1% is to my home work and that.. have a nice day all!

Celeron processors tends to heat up more than Centrinos. It's cheaps and it's shit!

My old Celeron desktop would have a normal operating temperature of about 70-80 degrees celcius...

I have hp compaq 6720s laptop and it has Intel centrino 2.10 GHz T8100 processor. 3MB L2 cache, 3GB RAM. Means it is a solid machine specs wise. Isn't it? Now it often has the problem of Ethernet card and one more thing that I found today is its caps lock key don't give any onscreen notification for caps lock on or off however its light works that is on the button. Please tell me solution if anybody knows. Thanks.

Everybody saying is bad cuz of vista is wrong it only has home basic and that uses 512 ram so u get 512 back or a little less. Aero can ve activated very easily by a single registry edit.

I like the guys' accent! :) Anyway, Vista takes up a GB of space and that doesn't give you much memory to spare. Anyway, I have a Compaq Presario laptop that runs on Vista and has 2 GB of DDR2 Ram. But MacBooks are always no matter what the best way to go. Go apple!

What else can you call it's simple GUI and its invulnerability towards virus made for Windows?

I've had an iBook before, and I threw it at a wall and beat the crap out of it after it "failed" me.

Now, I have an Acer Extensa that's doing me more miracles than I ever had with Macs. It even costed me less than half of a Mac with same specs as my laptop.

LOL! 1 GB for vista, recipe for waiting for system. "120GB 5400 RPM, lots of space", i won't comment that...

And in addition with that processor, calling this computer roomy or fast is a direct fraud.

Short review of PC: parts on the way out of market, low end specs. If you disable all visual effects in vista, you can use it smoothly to surf the internet or text editing.

It WILL preform harder tasks, but it will take time and not go smooth. Also, do not attempt multitasking.
