You can go on about your Super Mario Kart and your Mario Kart 64 and your Mario Kart: Super Circuit and your Mario Kart DS, but IMO, this is the best Mario Kart. The other ones are amazing, but Double Dash is my favorite.

Since I grew up around this time, the epitome of nostalgia for me is the "We are Nintendo, AND WE ARE INSANE!!!!!!!!" style ads, like this one. I fondly remember a Mario power tennis ad where literally everything was exploding or being attacked by squids. It was great.

If I wanted real i'd just buy a Playstion or xbox, but thats why its Nintendo. MKW has more cars/bikes, so that gives us a bit more variety vs. pretty much any other MK game. I thought changing characters was useless, why switch when you can just pick your favorite? And the main reason why I love MKW so much better than any other: Online gameplay. Racing computers gets boring after awhile.

Its not a bad game dont get me wrong, its just that the vehicles are not go karts, they dont even resemble go karts. The tite is Mario KART so WTF. When I first saw this commercial I thought it was a fucking joke. Oh and yeah I really hate that you have two characters on your car and they change places WTF. But I really love the tracks and thats the most important thing... sill I think this game sucks compared to mario kart 64 . ITS JUST MY OPINION SO DONT FUCING SAY I AM INSANE.

I would argue that some of the... vehicles resemble karts. But by and large kart is used rather loosely. Of course they couldn't just rename a franchise only to justify cooler vehicle designs.
