I've heard the stories about William Cheung being a con-man but I don't know his story. What I do know is that there is a great teacher out in Los Angeles (Monterey Park) by the name of Sifu Lam. Gary Lam. If you want to learn some Wing-Chun and live in or around Los Angeles, go see this man and learn. PEACE
Yeah, Cheung is a con-man. He's one of those guys like Ashida Kim or Frank Dux....one of those guys that has a little bit of training, but wants people to think he's SPECIAL, so he makes up a "Chosen-One"-style story about "Secret Training" that only HE was privvy to. It's ridiculous.

hey you guys....don't be so serious..it is just a movie...it doesn't says they make this movie 100% go accordingly to what how the history was....so why bother to show how much you know about the history.....chill la~

WSL was a chain smoker, not chain puncher. B L was in his teens already, one young punk Far Lan (flower kid) Fai Jai ( fly boy). Ip man never fought any Guai Lo boxer. Im glad they took out con man William Cheung. He was a young thug relied on his cop dads power to do bad deeds out on the streets. Ill watch it anyway, just for fun.
@mofotox lol i went to Cheung's kung fu school for about 4 months (i cbf with doing all the warm-ups so i quit wing chun now haha) ...so whats this stuff about him being a phoney tho? im indifferent about it anyway btw
