I'm actually not sure. I've only found Surskit so far, but I've heard you can find Kecleon this way. (Can anyone confirm that?)

Its true Kecleon can be found using the pokebebedero. I saw it in the site where I downloaded this game.

Well, if you can get a hold of the item Moo Moo Milk, then you talk to the cup and fill it up with the milk. Then you leave for a while and come back later to find out that a pokemon is there.
