It's a conspiracy. I mean you can barely see the man on stage, and all you see is a shadow...forgive the pun. Bascially you can have anyone standing up there in the silhouette, and yeah who knows.... Can't even tell who's singing. In reality, I think Maynard evolved 10 years ago and this is like their fourth Maynard... and the other two are playing probably playing bass and drums in a perfect circle and pucifer...who can tell? :)

@TOOLMAN09100 Tool refuses to release this on a professional level, so this is the only other option. Maynard has spoken out against releasing their live footage because "it takes away from the actual live experience" but they're just shooting themselves in the foot. People are always going to bootleg, with less quality than what could be produced in an official DVD, lessening the live experience even more, and with no royalties.

I had heard Maynard would stand behind a screen somtimes during live performances. It seems kind of awkward how he's back by the drum kit, then again it makes sense the music takes front stage instead of some guy trying to act cool hyping up a crowd.

You just need to look harder and certainly you'll find something that you like or even love. TOOL is a rarity in the sense that they actually became famous by playing good music and not comercial or wankery shit, most bands of today don't get that lucky. Leve out the old bands and search for other great prog bands that are rocking now such as Cire, Rishloo, Meshuggah, Maudlin of the Well, Sigh, Atrox, TesseracT. Those bands and many others are favourites to me and I feel like they are extremely underated and would have potential for a lot more if they had the attention they deserve, so I feel pretty upset to always see the same bands that are six feet under mentioned. Not saying that old bands suck, but if you like music, support artists of tday

They seem to have invented their own through the years of progression. The recording quality, musicianship, detail, and just Danny's drum beats...everything is organized and refined to perfection.Tool is one of the best bands in human history. Period.

Anyway, I like this track, a lot.. however, it reminds me a hell of a lot of some early and mid genesis tracks.

Both the sound and the feel of it, I'd more than likely say the band dont list genesis as an influence, but having been into genesis since the mid 80's then going back to listen to the older stuff, with Gabriel as lead singer..
