Airplane crash after take off at Madrid Barajas-Airport Spanair MD82

i was in the flight aswell and i was realy hurt and ill never forget it

went to ibiza on a md82 just 3 days after this, all the staff on board had friends that died in this crash and one of the girls broke down and cryed, never forget it

Did the exact same happen on these two flights, or is it a coincidence that they look similar? And is it a potential disaster on all md-82's, or simply (the same) human error, twice... (???).

As far as I know this was caused by a wrong flap or slat setting at take-off roll, right? I just surfed round the internet a little, when I came across a story of another md-82, from Northwest, which crashed in +/- 1985, due to a "wrong flap and slat-setting during take-off, and the failure of the automatic warning system to warn the pilots, for unknown reasons." So this made me wandering:
