WOW, the internet is killing some of you. "Kyoushinsha" spends the time transcribing this and it's RIGHT before your freakin' eyes and you want the transcriber to "send you a copy by email". I've got to say PISS OFF and grab some staff paper and a fucking pencil!!

some of the notes sound wrong in the sheet music. The bass clef D in the 7th measure should be a Bb (F, Bb, Eb = ii V I) and the G clef Gb in the same measure should be an F.

Sorry for geeking out with details, but after trying to play a bit from the first page of transcription, I noticed it's not totally accurate. In the 6th measure OP doesn't play those two 'low' A flats in the middle, all those four low notes are B double flats, not just the first and the last. (I even slowed down the recording to make sure) In the next measure with a similar C flat pedal there's still a D flat, not a D natural which gives a markedly different harmony.
