@LowBudgetLeanMuscle where do u worke? lot of lifting in the worke? couse im a construcktion worker have to look after my calorie intake and leting muscles rest since my worke is pretty mutch psysical :P
I can't do alot of tricep movements because my elbows are all messed up. So the main movement I do for triceps are kickbacks and I also use a triceps pushdown preacher machine. Those are the only ones that don't make my elbow feel like its gonna' snap outta' place. :/ Check out my channel guys!
@mlguthriewrestling yeah kickbacks are good if you go high reps. you can start heavy and when you reach 6 to 8 reps immediately go down to lighter weights and go to 15 - 20 reps. it will keep your tricep filled with blood for at least 2-3 days if u do em right
in roughly how many months will you start cutting?

hahha my left elbow is fd up so when i put i dumbbell overhead and do the exercise it hurts my damn elbow. for me my right arm is stronger though XD.
