  • the biggest hit nobody saw

  • j.j. is a peice of shit

  • at 1:42 in sadlers cockpit u can see him get thrown forward in the car

  • haha as soon as he said "and kurts getting the worst of it" the 19 of sadler took the hit on the inside wall!

  • 0:18-0:19 Haha! Yea...no.

  • if you look closely at around 2:06 you can see Elliotts body jerk forwards

  • @coolguy20000000 He looked like a crash test dummie!

  • How are you?

    Oh, I feel pretty good.

    "What happened?"

    "Got wrecked on the straightaway."

    "How did it happen?"

"Jimmie Johnson drove straight through us."

  • well,1:36 acctuly.you can see sadler wreck

  • At 1:37 you can see Sadler slaming the wall. You have to look very closely. His car hit the wall and flew through the air a little bit.

  • you fuck jimmy johnson. you prick !!!!!!!!!!!!

  • That is such an epic Kurt Busch interview.

How are you? Ah, I feel pretty good.

What happened? Got wrecked on the straight away.

How did it happen? Jimmie Johnson drove straight through us. "WTF face".

    WTF!!

  • It was about to show the Sadler crash at 0:17 but it went to a different view of the Kurt Busch one.

  • by far the worst crash of the last 10 years

  • @bugalaman Disagree. Worst Crash in the last 10 years is a 3 way tie: This one, Dale Earnhardt and Carl Edwards.

  • Elliott Sadler is one lucky dude!!

  • @Dale0888Jr in the coy he would be dead

  • espn cameras suck. you think you would be able to see more of the sadler part

  • pocono racing used to be boring, and it kept getting rained out. but these last few big wrecks at pocono have made this track interesting

  • at 0:26, what is that thing sticking out of the left side of the car, that starts from the roof and ends at the spoiler? and what is it for?

  • @SPAZZY1912 they have the same purpose as roof flaps, everyone calls them the "shark fin". Not sure how they help out though...

  • @SPAZZY1912 That is called a Wicker, it is suppose to disrupt the airflow over the car if it ever gets sideways. But as you can see it didn't really work for the 43 car at Talladega. It is suppose to keep the car on the ground.

  • Yay Jimmie wasn't in that

  • @fatchumatchu Jimmie turned him into Bowyer. Johnson plain wrecked the 2 car.

  • I dont know how Busch didnt flip it, i mean wheels were falling off he hit the wall.

  • it looks more like bowyer turned him jimmie just sent him up

  • @radngnarlysk8 No, He was going into the wall if Bowyer was there or not. Jimmie hit him just right where he was going for the wall, he just got turned more form Bowyer being there.

  • @growyourwine He still wasn't going to have such a brutal crash if you think of it.

  • I might love Nascar but I HATE THEIR T.V CAMERAS!!!

  • ESPN probably thought Elliot got seriously injured or possibly killed. I imagine they saw the wreck and figured it be best not to show the full angle, considering they didn't know of his injuries yet, but that's just my opinion. I don't believe ESPN when they said they don't have a good angle of it.

  • Espn has 52 cameras this race and only one got it on tape, and it wasnt even good

  • @ChaseForTheCupTV Im sure the blip got it... or a helicopter.

  • Epic Kurt Busch interview.

  • @CaseyTheHedgehog1 yes, it was a good interview, except for when he said Jimmie wrecked him when cleary it way bowyer. Granted, he couldnt see that from them car, but still.....

  • @CaseyTheHedgehog1 Yes, it was a good interview. Except when he said Jimmie wrecked him. Clearly it was bowyer that sent his car into the wall. Now, granted, he couldnt really see that from his car, but still.....

  • @fatchumatchu Watch again. JJ hits Busch's bumper which in turn puts Busch into Bowyer. Its pretty clear.

  • howcome almost every time kurt crashes, the FRONT of the car comes off the ground?

  • if this happened 8 years ago, Elliot Sadler would've been killed. all the safety with the cars is amazing

  • @snikerscamry18 It's the walls that are safer. Unintentional soft wall as he his one with dirt behind it.

  • @av8rdav yeah it would be that too.

  • wow the acsle and all

  • Anybody know who eneded up hitting the back of Sadlers car

  • @Amandasteddybear4evr AJ Allmendinger hit him.

  • @Amandasteddybear4evr AJ Allmendinger...I read about it.

  • WOW seriously gnarly ram into the wall for saddler.

  • Its a shame all of the cameras zoomed in on kurt and only kurt. it would have been helpful from a research and development standpoint to actually see sadlers impact and rebound from the wall to be able to learn from it. If you look closley at 1:37ish from kurts bumper cam, you can see sadlers car going through the air.

  • The only thing that kept kurt from flipping in the grass was the fact his wheel got stuck under his car.

  • Look at the window net when he hits the wall. Look at how he has been thrown forward omg

  • their reactions are pretty funny actually when they see Elliott hit the wall

  • also, look in the window net and watch Elliott lunge in his seat on impact. it definently hurt

  • Terse, and heated words from Kurt Busch. Don't think there's much of a suprise is there?

I'm not surprised Sadler's okay, he's had the experience of going upside down once, twice, three times. I'm still curious to see how he went around here, though, maybe there's something we missed?

  • @kensethmartinfan he checked up form the wreck and got hit by someone most likely, after this wreck i noticed Kasey Kahne had some front end damage. I think Elliott checked up and Kasey rear ended him.

  • @SaintBEEP It wasn't Kasey, but #43 did. Kinda weird to see #43 causing 2 massive wreck at Pocono.

  • @Bluestorm5 but i think you can see the 43 in the background of the replay, theres no way he must have turned him or else they would have seen it.

  • @SaintBEEP AJ said that he bumped Elliot a little, because #19 was braking, but there weren't enough time for AJ to react, so he bumped him.

  • Elliott Sadler always get hard crashes and flips.

  • @NASCARWWEclubpenguin

I can remember the one back in 2003, during Talladega where Elliott was tagged by Busch on accident. He blew over and did several tumbles along the grass.

Happened again in 2004, at the end of the race.

  • Since theres no better view of sadler wrecking is the a possiblity he fliped

  • Had it it not been for the HANS Device im pretty sure that would have been the end for ol Elliot

  • its a mans sport, you wreck somebody you can expect it to come back and haunt you. i feel bad for elliot sadler, seems like bad luck seems to find him all the time by everyone elses doing. would love to see him back in victory lane

  • Before the HANS device this would have been fatal for Elliot Sadler. The video of his wreck is near the end. ... yup.. in the past this would definitely be fatal.

  • why could they not get any video coverage pf saddlers wreck espn has veeeeeerrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyy suckish coverage

  • 10 years ago an impact like Sadlers would've seriously injured or killed someone. The HANS Device and COT did it's job in saving his life.

  • he will probably stop when the busch brothers quit being a bunch of pussies

  • When will Jimmie stop wrecking Kurt Busch?

  • I would love to see Kurt just lay Jimmie out... Lately that is what Jimmie has been known for.

  • @debo2969 Its coming.....Best believe that....

  • @debo2969 Jimmie's really starting to become a heel, and it's gone beyond championships from the chase. He's getting dirty, cocky, and he's become a real asshole.

  • @debo2969 I know you posted your comment a year ago, but i'm sure you saw the race at pocono this past sunday, when Jimmie came down on Kurt. Kurt def needs to hit the throttle and wreck Jimmie out.

  • kurt, please retaliate on Jimmie during the Chase.

  • i bet Sadler was thinking o'lord this is gonna hurt

  • all the people that I know named Jimmy is either Gay or retarted

  • @potbellypublix except for Jimmy Spencer. He's the fucking man.

  • johnson is a douche

  • AJ hit him.

  • Now of course if edwards did wat johnson did he would be parked! but oh no not johnson! he almost killed kurt and elliot! fuck you johnson.

  • how did Elliot Sadler crash?

  • Clint should of been farther up the track, and also kurt cant get bump drafted anywheres, remember? 2009 Amp Energy 500? Brad Keselowski tapped Kurt off of turn for and Kurt wrecked the whole field?

  • Hard crash ! Wahou ! O_x

  • Jimmie should have been parked for that!!!

  • I'm gonna favorite this just so I know where it's at

  • anyone got a better view of sadler then just his front bumber hitting the wall?

  • @nickelbackhero19 not yet, we are waiting to see if some of the people camping around the back straight had any home video of it, but they would have zoomed in on Kurt just like the ESPN camera men did. Hopefully someone uploads some home video of it..

  • @Opeeumm I'm shocked espn coudnt even get in-car video of it even though that wouldn't be as good, kinda sucks because his worst wrecks don't have good video of it (except of 03-04 dega) such as his 2000 michigan flip in qualifing and now this. It just seems like nascar has something against him. He is usually in 25-30th place, when he gets to the top 5-10 we stil don't hear about him. sucks because he's my fav. driver. I don't even know what his sponsor is half the time now.

  • @nickelbackhero19 I don't think we can blame nascar. I just think that the men working for espn filming the race had tunnel vision on kurt. (speaking on this wreck and not the other ones.) pocono is one of my favorite tracks and i feel that its this wreck proves that we need stationary cameras at the end of the straights. that back stretch is one tough sob. i believe juan almost flew over the wall about a month ago into the trees back there.

  • @nickelbackhero19 oops i meant kahne got into the trees, and if you watch the rest of that wreck you can see ambrose hit the same spot as sadler. its a mean track.

  • @Opeeumm I was at the track, only filmed Sadler's car on the wrecker since I was on the frontstretch. I don't think any home video exists of it since all the campers are located near turn 3 and no seating at all except on the frontstretch.

  • i think elliot slid on the side of his car for a few feet anyone who thinks the same vote this comment thumbs up

  • @wcwfan33412 i dont believe so reports say he got on his side but it was probably in mid air because if he got on his side while on the grass and slid the car more then likely would have fliped over which it did not

  • @wcwfan33412 i would say that is probobly how he made it all the way back to the middle of the track

  • espn's coverage sucks, fox does such a great job and then espn just missed what was for sure one of, if not the worst crash of the year

  • i was there

  • eillot must of hit extremely hard cause he came down hit the wall and went flying and landed back on the track

  • kurt was so close to flipping

  • Kurt's interview was priceless haha

  • @LSUNascar88 many drivers can say the same thing about jimmie

  • it didn't seem that Jimmie spun spun Kurt. it looked like Jimmie touched him 2 hard n he moved over to the right which where Clint was n. bowyer got him in the wall then he turns which bowyer was at n got Kurt spinning. but I'm glad they are both ok.

  • Massaro:how are you

    Busch:feel pretty good

    Massaro:what happend

    Busch:got wrecked on the straightaway

    Massaro how did it happen

Busch: jimmie johnson drove straight through us

    LOL FUNNy

  • second time this year that area was hit that needs to be adressed marcus ambrose hit in in the spring race not as hard but with the wet grass elliot had no chance to slow down...too bad there was no good angle of the crash i really woud like to see how the car got so seperated very strange

  • the grass was wet which is why kurt didnt flip is my explanation, probably wrong, but...

  • @chuckshewie naw i believe your right....that's exactly what i said when it happened.

if it hadn't rained, his car probably would have dug in and started flipping

  • @RUINERx117 yea probably. thank god for the hans device. i really dont think he would have walked away from that without it

  • im surprised they didnt show the rear view cam from ruitimon because that should have shown the crash

  • nice ESPN. How do you miss something like that? FOX wouldnt...

  • lol busch definately did NOT get the worst of it, Elliot Sadler did

  • @insanebackflip199 no doubt, but i dont think they saw sadler crash til they saw the debris. i think they were talking about the worst between bowyer, busch, and johnson.

  • I'm happy Elliott was alright after that horrific crash. my mom was crying when she saw that happen

  • ESPN's coverage of NASCAR is inexcuseable! They sould be embarrased with the coverage they have done. Bring back FOX!!

  • doesnt anyone else wish there was atleast a helicopter-view video of elliots whipout?

  • i LOVE the fact that the busch conversation took only 7 seconds

  • @uk4ever95 Lol

  • glad eplliot was ok and how did busch not flip

  • And Kurt getting the worst of it XD ESPN Fail

  • Also, I'm surprised that Kurt's car didn't dig in the grass and start flipping.

  • @SlicedSmoke14 the grass was probobly still wet so he just kept sliding, there was nothing to dig into

  • @lamboboy001 if elliot didnt have on that hans device you can bet he would be dead right now... and i think elliot slid on the side of the car a few feet what do you think

  • @lamboboy001 if the grass was wet then wouldnt the dirt underneath be too though? if there was mud that car wouldve surly dug in and tumbled. the only thing stopping that was probably the fact that the hit knocked him into the air haha

  • @SlicedSmoke14 I was thinking the exact same thing while watching yesterday. This crash is proof positive of how far NASCAR has come in safety in the last 10 years or so, since Dale Earnhardt's death. Incredible.

  • @SlicedSmoke14 the newist safty feature keeps the cars from flipping

  • @relntless80 these cars will always be able to flip, NASCAR can't do anything about it. they can reduce the possibilities of blowovers but cars can find other ways to flip as well.

  • @edwards99rules that is true if the car was travaling at a faster speed it would flip but luckly for Kurt it wasn't

  • @edwards99rules Yeah like Mark Martins dega flip last year or Loganos dover flip. Those are racing crashes which cant be cured. But when the cars hit 200 mph, no saftey equitment cant keep the car on the ground.

  • @relntless80 No matter the speed, the car get airborne. Even Keselowski flipped at 173 MPH at Atlanta, but the reason is Edwards forced the car to spin fast enough to not lose speed. The force at 170-205 MPH is too strong for roof flaps or shark fins to works, but roof flaps are designed to slow down the car to the speed that cars doesn't lift. Shark fins are supposed to prevent the cars from turning too fast.

  • How in the hell did Busch not flip???!!!!!

  • Thank god Elliott was okay. I have to say that was one of the worst crashes I've seen at Pocono. They've been pushing their luck way too long at that track. It's a good thing they're finally making some improvements.

  • Yee-haw.

  • Notice how far forward Elliott's head moved when he hit the dirt bank. Without the HANS device, he wouldn't have climbed from the car under his own power.

  • @beanboy89 or at all. probably another dale earnhardt.

  • If everyone looks at 1:37 I'm pretty sure thats sadler nearly upside down.. u might need to zoom in and pause tho

  • he had a HARD hit glad he is fine

  • Comment removed

  • New fucking youtube sucks. Whenever you finishh a vid then want to go back and show someone something its always onto the next fucking thing.

  • ESPN sucked!

not one good camera angle on sadler!

  • 10 years ago he would be dead, And that's a fact. I'm shocked hes not dead now.

  • notice how far sadler was away from where he hit I am soooooo glad he is okay before the race I didnt like him but now I do

  • Jimmie is an idiot..typical ESPN...no good angles of a good crash....I'm just Glad Elliot is okay.

  • why r there no cameras at all that focus on elliot sadler's crash?

  • @SuperHurleyMan cuz espn sucks

  • Comment removed

  • I wish they had beter views of this!!

  • Kurt's interview was priceless, haha

  • I feel so bad for sadler

  • I can barely look at Sadler's crash.

  • Comment removed

  • @DVA4695 jimmie is a fag.. 4th time he's wrecked Kurt in the past 2 years

  • @KingCuervo88 yeah thats what my count is up to.

  • @KingCuervo88 Kurt isn't even in the same league as 48.

  • @KingCuervo88 true man i cant stand jimmie

  • @DVA4695 You don't draft on these tracks, that's the problem. He was too aggressive. He tried to drive right through Kurt. Doesn't matter if it was an accident or not, it was a stupid move.

  • i about got sick when i saw sadler's wreck replay on tv :(
