Aw, I know what thats like *hugs*, stay strong chicky, you can get through this :) I know sometimes with me, its like I have this feeling that I just want to give in to those feelings, y'know? I was biking past a horse pasture today, and there were piles of horse crap all over. Then I saw a bird. He was perched on top of this big old pile of horse poop like he was king of the damn world, just chirping away, looking around, and enjoying life. :D Find what makes you happy, what you really enjoy (and I often forget all about those things when I'm down, if you do too, it might be hard remembering), and see if doing them will help.

im so sorry that everything is so bad for you, i really hope that you get better soon. i hate those feelings and 100% understand that you feel comforted by depression, it is comforting to be back how you know, but it's horrible too. i hope everything improves soon xxx
