  • I can listen to this all day long! So beautiful!

  • If I only could, I would come to that church where You compain the hymns with Your souvereign and heart-reaching organ-playing.

  • It must be a great pleasure to sing with this master-like hymn-player!

  • @organgoesheavy Thank you, I appreciate your comment. I am a Tenor in the choir where this video was filmed, at Trinity Church in Boston. Unfortunately I am not currently employed as an organist by a parish.

  • Wonderful playing! Thank you for sharing!

  • I absolutely LOVE the accompaniment you use for this hymn. Where did you find the free accompaniments from vv. 2-3

  • Being a church organist myself I love all your posts. Your style is refreshing.

  • @stdjohnnitro48a thank you! I try to incorporate as much improvisation into my hymns as I can. I find it keeps them interesting - If your's is a congregation that can sing, they will do just fine with these sort of arrangements. Playing in both Catholic and Episcopalian congregations, I find the latter to be better singers

    Cheers

  • You use the most fantastic combination of stops. =)
