I know EXACTLY how you feel for about 3 years every few months I would be calling Disneyland DelivEars to order the latest item in the "Disneyland in Miniature" series. EVERY 2 minutes I would hear "All of our operators are currently busy so please stay on the line ande a cast member will assist you shortly, thank you for your patience" Finally in I think '05 they switched to online orders..THANK GOD!
