hey everyone, i've had FSX for about a year now and i'm getting pretty bored of flying with the dfault ATC and AI. I know nothing about IVAO so is there some sort of training thing to get you started? Also does it affect your frame rate?

Not really much, and There's indeed training material, but also beginnersdays and organized, you really should take a look!
