@AdamDeLaGhetto Great question and I apologize for not making it clear in the video... Start out doing 6-10 reps for each variation which will put you at about 36-60 total reps altogether. Once you notice that you're getting stronger, increase your reps to about 15-20 for each variation which will put you at about 90-120 reps total!
