Don't know where in upstate you are, but last fall we got a round-trip ticket via Amtrak from Syracuse for $110 - right into Grand Central - or maybe it was Penn Station. Wanted to do it again this year but some family health issues intervened. Love this cover and have been listening/watching for quite a few years. There's nothing quite like New York City....

NYC sold to the highest bidder and forget the working class that made it great. Trying to charge tolls on Bridges into Manhattan? Parking Meters in the city that are getting just as expensive as the garages, police breathing down your neck for laughing too loud. Rampant corruption. Better places to live.

They are a couple of unknown Brooklyn Musicians that were friends of mine when I lived in New York. Fantastic produced this mashup and you see him rapping, while Stripes sings the hook. This video was played on MTV Direct Effect, but that was it's peak. I haven't talked to them in years, so I don't know what they are up to.
